Quality glass water jet cutting of intricate thick glass element for edge polishing

Water jet cutting

We offer high-quality water jet cutting with precision and speed for glass artists and glass professionals in Toronto and GTA. Our specialization is GLASS of any thickness, texture or geometrical complexity. Our Flow water jet machine is equipped with vacuum assist technology that allows us to drill holes in the glass to avoid glass breakage during cutting. The machine's worktable surface is made of special heavy duty bricks to protect the glass from vibration during the cutting process

Versatility

Abrasive waterjets cut material from 1/16 inch to over 10 inches thick, in high or low volume. A waterjet improves material utilization and reduces costs

The Best Edge

The abrasive waterjet does not impart any heat or surface stress onto the glass or stone. Therefore, the material retains original appearance and strength. A waterjet's thin cutting width allows for nearly any design to be cut to perfection. Minimal kerf for the most detailed and artistic patterns that demand little or no hand finishing

Intricate Design

Whether cutting thick glass, granite, marble, or any other material for floors and counters; stones, porcelain, or ceramic tile for artistic work such as art sculptures,  inlays, signs or medallions; or glass and metal for artistic accents and signage, the abrasive waterjet's unique ability to cut very intricate designs at high speed without breakage frees imagination and expands material limits
